1Introduction and Acceptance

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your www.bk33 account almost instantly after confirmation from your mobile financial service provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests on www.bk33 are processed within 5 minutes during normal operating conditions. • Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, www.bk33 may delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation.
• www.bk33 is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile financial service provider after funds have been dispatched from our system.

5Bonuses and Promotions

www.bk33 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general rules apply to all bonuses on www.bk33 unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your www.bk33 account automatically or upon request, as specified in the individual bonus terms.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

Players found to have violated fair play rules will be permanently banned from www.bk33.

7Responsible Gaming

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

• Creation of multiple accounts in violation of the one-account-per-person rule.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour directed at www.bk33 staff or other players.
• At the player's own request, including via the self-exclusion tool.

In cases where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, www.bk33 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited in full. If no violation is confirmed, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own www.bk33 account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as a standard withdrawal to the player's registered payment account.

9Limitation of Liability

www.bk33 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and we are not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service.

• www.bk33 is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• www.bk33 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses arising from account suspension due to a Terms violation.
• www.bk33 is not responsible for any delays in payment processing caused by your mobile financial service provider after funds have been dispatched from our system.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome or an incorrect payout, www.bk33 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to the relevant players.

Nothing in these Terms limits www.bk33's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10Changes to These Terms

www.bk33 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, www.bk33 will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account.

Your continued use of the www.bk33 platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using www.bk33 and contact our support team to close your account.
